looking to expand its' number of employees.

• Full service bumper-to-bumper: Smog certificates, Air Conditioning, Tune-ups, etc.
Offers experienced 'master' mechanic (ASE Certified) of 20 years who is willing to
share knowledge and invest in employee’s future, health and dental benefits for full-
time employees, opportunity to learn the ins-&-outs of running an auto repair
business, future management opportunities, etc.
JOB DUTIES: Bumper-to-Bumper General Mechanic. Pick-up and delivery of cars.
Upkeep of cleanliness, organizational, and safety standards of shop.
AVAILABILITY:
• Full-time position --- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm
• Part-time position --- Must be able to work Saturdays, 9 am - 5 pm (other days
negotiable)
REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in English, passionate about career in automotive
repair, excellent work ethic, willing to take initiative, good track record of reliability,
detail-oriented, ability to work in fast-paced environment but maintain highest quality
standards, 3 years minimum working in auto mechanic shop, valid California driver's
license and insurance, 3 work references
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Ability to diagnose, smog certification,
existing customer base, computer knowledge, interest in learning all aspects of
business, proficiency in more than one language

Incentive programs for taking initiative in increasing knowledge and certifications
and adding to customer base of shop. After probation period is successfully
completed, additional pay increase is offered. Health and Dental benefits are offered
